Begin your beautiful journey on Tuesday November 11th and complete the experience on Monday the 17th, this 6-night retreat is for women ready to reclaim their vitality—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Hāna is often called one of the most magical and untouched places on Earth — where time slows and spirit awakens. The mana, the living energy of the land and water, pulses with purity and vibrant life force. Here, nature doesn't just surround you — it moves through you, lifting your spirit, body, and mind in ways beyond imagination.
Rooted in the principles of naturopathic medicine, we return to the source of healing: nature, truth, energy, and deep presence in the body. You’ll experience the ancient and the quantum, the medical and the mystical—all woven through embodiment, education, and transformation.

There shall be dance, the ocean, waterfalls, the sand, the clay. We will experience Pachamama holding, speaking, swaying, as we are being called into the deepest Love relationship with our Self, Soul Self, Bodies.
This is an All-Inclusive week long retreat, except the flights, with accommodation options ranging from $6444-$2222.

🌺 Logistics Overview
📍 Location: Private retreat home in Hana, Maui
🗓️ Dates: November 11 - 17, 2025
👩🍳 Includes: Lodging, private chef meals, transportation to/from Hana and all excursions, daily workshops, sacred elemental excursions around the island, and guided embodiment practices.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE PLANNING:
The retreat officially begins in Kihei at 1:30pm HST when we load up in vans and head to the Road to Hana.
You are expected to arrive in Maui (OGG) by 12:30pm on Nov. 11th and if you choose to arrive on the 11th you would Uber yourself to Kihei (a 20 min drive from Kahului).
If you would prefer to have more time to drop into the island and not have so much travel in one day, we invite you to come a day or two early and we will have an array of accommodation options available for you.
We will be providing two pick-up options from the airport, on Monday the 10th, when we look at the guests’ arrival times.
For Monday the 17th we will leave Hana in the morning and arrive back through Kahului by 1pm and can drop off those who are flying out of OGG that afternoon. We will then go back to Kihei to our meeting location (home) where bags and participants can land and store luggage etc so that we can then empty and return our vans. Please note that flights out should be booked for at least 3pm or later, if you fly out on Monday. We will also take a group to the airport on Tuesday the 18th for those who made plans to stay a day longer or more.
We will follow up with you about your flights, arrival times, and additional accommodations, if desired.

Ann Jonas aka The Love Messenger
Ann Jonas, aka The Love Messenger, Transformational Guidance, is passionate about guiding and supporting those that desire to become more of who they truly are. She honors and recognizes that there is a transformational journey of remembering, it often involves lots of mud, and she is familiar with walking along The Lotus Path.
She approaches her work from a holistic, intuitive, spiritual perspective, with decades of experience as a bodyworker and birth doula, as well as a lifetime of being in service, and always curious. Today her most powerful gift is Living as a Being of Love and Light, offering Transformational and Perspective Guidance, as an Intuitive Healer, Bodyworker, Channel, Shamanic Guide, Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, and Author, as well as Producer, of Sacred Connection: Finding Our Path to Deeper Connection with Self and the Divine.
Ann’s life journey has been that of the Lotus, with plenty of mud. As she found her ground and stability from the depths of life’s challenges, she stood up to meet and accept her Path. Ann’s purpose, this lifetime, is to be a part of this evolution in consciousness.
Ann knows the beautiful mess of this life while we come home to connection and presence with Self. She knows how to hold others where they are; living the truth of “our mess is our message”, encouraging and being a true witness and guide, as she has learned to be for herself. She creates and holds space, in a safe container.

Kecia Joy: Aquatic Therapist, Watsu Practitioner, Marine Biologist, Water Educator, Water Keeper and Aquatic Mystic
Her passion for water, wellness and the expansion and evolution of human consciousness bring unique and beautiful possibilities for an awakened experience in the watery realm. Kecia's compassion, sensitivity, and water wisdom create an atmosphere of safety and trust and an ability to move through limiting concepts into a deeper relationship with self through the element of water.
We will explore our relationship with water through the creation of a water altar, using a water crystal freezing method, working with our "inner waters" (emotion and cellular memory etc), and receiving "medicine" and downloads from various waterfalls, ocean, springs, and beyond.
We will also make offerings in the ways of indigenous protocols as we journey into our sacred relationship with water through immersive excursions — flowing with the Hana rivers, oceans, springs and waterfalls. Together, we’ll create soul-nourishing water ceremonies and experience incredible adventures. We’ll deeply tune into our own “inner waters,” awakening emotional clarity and intuitive flow, while exploring the latest groundbreaking research that reveals water’s true, intelligent nature- discovering the latest research on consciousness of water.

Watsu (derived from the words Shiatsu and Water) is a warm water aquatic therapy and breathwork journey. Deeply connecting in the medium of water, stretching, massaging, meditative movement, acupressure and stillness create a deep trust and openness within self to release fear, surrender, be held, be in a flow state.
These 3 women are devoted to truth, transformation, and the healing power of nature.
Through their own personal journeys, teachings, and ways of living in harmony with nature, they come together to share and shine the Light, that reminder of your way home.
