Lindsay Lee is an embodiment coach empowering women to reconnect with their bodies. Facilitating how to create safety both with and for your body, she offers insight and intuitive perspective for deep connection and growth. She is an artist and mystic, dancer and dream achiever, healer and healed. She facilitates healing inner child wounds and encourages you to step into your best self.
With a Master in Fine Art (MFA) in Studio Art and a MFA in Theatre Directing and Performance, Lindsay spent over 11 years facilitating creative exploration and growth in academia (6 of those years at the college level). She ventured out on her own facilitating embodiment group programs using somatic dance movement. She’s been a spiritual and energetic healer for over 10 years. She follows her curiosity and is committed to her spiritual and personal evolution. Her personal transformational story can be found in the book Sacred Connection.
